Uninstalled FlyakiteOSX, No Drive Letters

I uninstalled FlyakiteOSX, but it didnt seem to revert my system to the way it was. One example are the drive letters in Window Explorer.

How can I get them back?

There's a setting in TweakUI (Start Menu-->Run-->tweakui.exe) to change that. I can't seem to find it in mine--note that there's an error in the program, and you have to select one of the different options, not the one you think you want.
