The way I look at it is like this. There has to be a more precise definition for "RIP", because from what I can see from the previews, you copied the design but instead of cutting and pasting you made sure it had its own style, added not one effect but many, and you created the folder from scratch.

In conclusion:

Is it a RIP because you copied the design? just like Rimshot's NOD folder in comparison to Minimum ? YES

Is it a RIP because you modified it just a little and copied and pasted Rimshot's work? NO

Just like Rimshot created his NOD folder icon from scratch.

PS: Bah, I don't like those lines in the new preview folder ;(
