Removing the icons from Titlebar

Hi there,

is it possible to remove these icons from the upper left corner of the indows titlebar?

The most beautiful thing would be to replace them with the OSX Fider Icon, which hides the controls.

I saw this works with Windws Blinds but Im woindering if there is another way ... ?

Either WB or reshack each file (use ResHacker and open up Photoshop or Explorer or Firefox)--there's no other way.
