A screenshot would be really helpful. Also, what version of Thunderbird are you using, and what extensions are you running on it? What theme are you using for Thunderbird?

well, Thunderbird does not skin the titlebar, so I'm guessing this an issue with Flyakite. One thing you might try is reinstalling Flyakite, and making sure you're not leaving out any important things during the installation. Obviously, try restarting your computer. I haven't heard of this being an issue with Flyakite, and lots of people here use Thunderbird, so....

As a last resort, and if no one else replies to this thing, you could always *gasp* get WindowBlinds, which costs $20, and skin your computer that way. It's a little more advanced in some ways than Flyakite, but, obviously, more expensive. =)

I hope you get it working.

Is this just Thunderbird? Try re-applying the visual style...
