Aqua-Soft ForumsI have a problem w/ my screen resolutions, instead of showing 1024 x 768 it shows 800 x600 and so on, I have change video cards, upgraded drivers with no result. Does anyone know how to edit the register to show the correct default resolutions... much appreciation

First of all you have to be sure your monitor supports higher resolutions. Try right click on desktop select properties go to settings and see if you can do it from there.
That was the first thing I tried. I aslo have an LCD monitor...
Maybe there is a way to fix the registies to correct ths.... can anyone help
if you mean using a resolution doesnt show up in the settings tab in the display settings: go to advanced, go to the monitor tab, and uncheck the "hide modes that this monitor cannot display". it'l "unlock" the resolutions. just make sure you dont use one that your monitor doesnt support.
no, what i mean is when i set my resolution for example to 1024 x 768 i get a huge task bar and start menu just as if it was 800 x 600...
I have that same problem, I have mine on 1280 x 1024 and it feels and looks like 1024 x 768. Because on my brothers computer he has 1280 x 1024 and it is the right look.
