Need Help Changing Recycle Bin Icon

I have tried everything I can think of to change this fricken icon, but nothing seems to work, I have managed to change all the other Recycle Bin icons except this one, it just will not change, can someone please tell me how to change this icon. :rant: see below for a pic of the icon.

First i have to ask is those icons changed by a program or with shell32.dll hacking? With iconpackager (or similar) it's really easy.

But if you have hacked the shell32.dll, you must remember that the .dll contains many recycle bin icons. You have to change them all. Just open the .dll with Axialis IconWorkshop and look for the icons that you want to change. Then open the file with resource hacker and change the icon to what you want.
