Lock icons in place ( OB )

Is there a way to lock the icons in place so that they dont keep on moving around on OB?

Whenever I click on it sometimes I drag it accidently and it moves from it's spot, I want it to stay in the spot not matter how much I drag it.

Hope I explained it well.
