Window Blur

Is there a program that blurs windows that arent in focus.

Actually, there was a desktop screenshot app that does that, but i dont know of one that does it in real time.

i think a program like that would be cool. One that only SLIGHTLY blurs windows behind, and ONLY the windows, not the whole screen. It would be cool.
