Firefox & GTA3 icons

Hi all,

I have installed flyakite 3.5 and I was hopeing somebody might be able to help me out with a hi res icon for firefox, photoshop cs, Dreamweaver, Call of duty 2 etc and all the useual rubbish we fill our pc's with?

I have tried to drag and drop the icon from GTA3 into the dock but it just wont except it? why it takes the rest of them?

I'm useing RK Launcher, the one that is bundeld with flyakite 3.5, I have no real knowledge of installing icon packages but even if i did i have not seen my requested icons suppoted.

If none exist can anyone point me to a simple icon maker package as i use Photoshop etc for a living and could make a nice hires icon set that would work under the launcher magnification, i just dont know how to convert the jpegs into an icon.
