it freezes for no reason

You had put this in Ave's forum, instead of in 3rd party.
When do you get the error message? At startup? When someone writes you? After a half hour of it running?
What does the error actually list as the problem?
No one is going to be able to help if you don't give some details....
ok, sorry i posted it in the wrong section!
The error appears at different times and the file included in the error report is shown in the image attached.
I think i will just stick to msn messenger!
