Tooltips in Flash 8

Hey there, I'm having problems adding up the final touches of a project I'm currently doing in Flash 8. What I want to do is add tooltips to some components just like in HTML... but instead they'll show up in the interactive Flash movie. Could someone tell me how to make this thing work?

add the tooltip code to a transparent div layer on top of the flash document [ or multiple ones] linked with this code...
