HP Laptop Start Up Graphic

Hey,

I have an HP laptop and when you start up the laptop a hp graphic is displayed after the windows loading stage and before the logon screen.

Any ideas how i can prevent the hp image from loading on start-up as i think there is no need for it.

Well seeing as this is part of the BIO system, all i can think of is possibly find a patch for your EXACT mother board, or you can just buy a new mother board, why dont you go on HP.com and use their live chat and ask someone there?

i doubt you could buy any mother board for a laptop... besides, it probably has nothing to do with BIOS since he got the graphic after xp's boot logo. I would think it's due to the fact that you're using a special version of windows specially built for HP. I remember back to the day i was using windows 3.1 on my COMPAQ PC, I used to have a big COMPAQ embedded onto my windows' splash screen.
