Extracting Music From A Dvd?

What's a good program/method of doing this.....

The AC3 music may or may not be merged as a single file with the video. So there are some technical considerations. There are easy ways like playing the DVD and recording the sound or more complicated ways in multi-step deconstructing the DVD.

bascially, I have a surf video that I want to record the music off of. I can just record it as one big file and the split that into audio tracks. I've done it before but can not at all remember how and with what program....

Try DVD Decrypter or Smart ripper. You can choose to demux the audio from the video and then convert it form AC3 to whatever you want with another progam (in my case I use Azid).
