Move explorer taskpane to right?

I have seen some msstyle do this, and I thought this is a good change for those who got bored with the left task pane. Anybody here can help enlighthen me how to do it?

yes it was a nicely written post. However it discusses how to modify the common task contents, links, and others. Im still missing though and where to hack to move the whole task pane to the right of explorer..

Explore (in the verb sense) shellstlye modding is my only idea, pretty much. That link was just a stepping stone.
