Why Hide Taskbar?

What part of RK Launcher will replace the Start Menu Button (including accessing applications, Hard Drives, My Documents menus etc...??)

1. rk launcher is a dock clone. thats all it does. it doesnt do anything to your start menu

RKLauncher can do it too, I think he's just asking for a docklet to emulate the start menu. As I recall, Ave wrote a docklet for yzdock that would do the trick, and I'm pretty sure you can use it for RKLauncher too. Maybe try searching www.dockex.com for it...

To hide the taskbar go to "settings">>>"behavior" look down and find "Hide Taskbar" check it, God how f difficult is it >_<.

And what you want doesnt seem to be hiding the taskbar but the start menu! >_<

My question stems not from HOW to hide the task bar geneus, but "What part of RK Launcher will replace the Start Menu Button (including accessing applications, Hard Drives, My Documents menus etc...??)". RK Launcher offers the option to hide the taskbar which includes the Start button, but doesn't seem to offer options to have the Dock to replace all the functions of the Start Button...hence my question.

There's no "part" of RK Launcher that will hide the start menu. Your question was unclear, and practically invited misinterpretation and possibly flaming.

Austin123's response was perhaps over the top, but yours was no less confrontational. Flaming is against board rules; either of you do it again and you'll be suspended for a day.

Got it, no harm intended.

I've since reinstalled RK and have found a nice setting for it to serve it's purpose with the taskbar doing it's part.
