Animated Progress icon for windows

Does any one have this icon in ani format for windows?

gif format is a windows format too.. i don't get it..

To create this, but it's not amazing quality, not sure why.

yes it is. search of an panther or tiger osx cursor theme (with an colored globe-thing included)
