It was released by Ultraman some time ago, but it seems it's no longer available or something.
susumu has released a port of that theme on Ultraman's old website, I can't find it anymore as Ultraman has got a new website 
perhaps you should contact him for the vs 
Purple rain is not available anymore for windows.
It's a mac theme, the windows version is not available anymore simply because the mac version has been update, not the windows version.
ultraman, would you mind if the old version was distributed? I still have a copy that I wouldn't mind uploading...

Alright ultraman, I respect your wishes. I had posted a copy online a month or so ago but removed it after three days anyway. Sorry about that, I didn't know your wishes at the time .
