Yah, I have had some issues with Stardock's store myself. It did not like my Visa card. However they now have Paypal support now. I would try using Paypal.
i dont trust paypal at all and yea my CC is a visa i gues ill have to get out my mastercard 
lol i just checked my CC and i was charged 2 times but still havent had my subscription uodated yet . but i sent them an email and im sure this will be fixed
