jpg icon

My jpg icon wont change it stays the same no matter how many times i apply the icon pack so i was wondering if anyone could tell me which file i need to reshack to change the icon i thought it was shell32 but it wasnt.

a good program for changing icons is "iconpackager" from stardock... look here

(how about using punctuation marks, reading would be more comfortable )

Im using iconpackager to apply the icon in the first place.

EDIT: i edited shimgvw.dll which is picture and fax viewer dll and changed the icons now its fixed
