[Help] Tiger Dashboard Clock

Ok, I have systats installed fine, I know because EVERYTHING else works just not the Tiger Dashboard Clock from here: http://sysstats.needlemen.com/details.php?id=47

I really want the clock can someone help me figure out why everytime I install it or load it AveDesk crashes, Is this the right version? I haven't found any other Tiger Dashboard World Clocks anywhere else...
