Having problems with my Windows Start up?!?!..Plz help

Hey people,

I've been encountering a weird problem for the last few weeks so am posting as it is not going away.

Ok I run WinXP...my computer is like 1.3GHz, nothing specail compared to some of todays but good enough!..

When I start windows in my start-up I use AveDesk 2.1 and I have my Wireless Internet devices that start up on their own with Windows and Winamp and my Firewall. I'm just saying this so guys know maybe whats going on...

Quite often when I start up, Windows loads up but then it just kinda' does nothing. The taskbar shows the Wireless Monitor trying to do something...but AveDesk doesnt load up or anything.

If I press the restart button on my tower then the second time it always works normally then.

Is there something going on like clogging up in my start menu or something?
