Is This A Bug In Aquairc.

I do apologized for posting the same topic by error. admins please delete it!

Thank you to the author who make AquaIRC, it is very nice indeed.

However, a blemish in an otherwise perfect thing comes to me , For instance,

My nick in irc is R3, then I joined and talk in the channel, while I say something,

Let's say "hello" It will display:

?@R3>>hello

I know the character ? is a trash code , I supposed it should be << ,then the correct one should be:

<<@R3>>hello

I try to overcome this error but without any clue, May I ask some help here? Thank you in advance.

Further more, the linesep setting in aqua.ini is "linesep=?:\D?矕囼矑?",

As a result It will display ?:\D?矕囼矑? as a linesep while connecting to

server, And change to "linesep=-" will be better personally.

By the way, I am using a chinese edition windows XP, the nicklist in didn't display mutibytes encoding correctly(trash code also, and the same case in othe CJK encoding), and I just delete the line:

" dll DLL\7.dll SetFont $CHAN(%i) nicks 12 500 > AquaIRC" in the scripts folder.

It works for me then.

nope it's english only

Not really, the AquaIRC is base on mirc, and mirc support varieties of language very well, from this point of view, I don't think is englist only. Why don't we share

AquaIRC with people from non-english speaking countries?

look my modifyed AquaIRC which is chinese interface, and fully support chinese, the only thing I will concern is the "?@R3>>" problem.
