I just unzipped Avedesk to a folder in my Program Files director, and saw the language translator pop up after the tutorial, it looked fine. I didn't really want it though so I exited out of that desklet.
Now I can't see any of the other desklets at all, and when I DLed AveTunes I can't see that one either. What do you think the problem is? I can give you more info if needed.
Of course more info is needed.
What OS? What version of AveDesk? More details would just help.
Also please use tags in the future.

I'm using Windows XP Home, and have WindowBlinds, Konfabulator, and Object dock running because it looks awesome. I'm running on a custom built PC and my hardware is AMD Athlon X2 3800+, eVGA GeForce 7800 GT, 1 gig of RAM, on and Asus a8n SLI Deluxe.
AveDesk version is 1.3.
What you wanna do is right click on the icon in the taskbar to open the desklet control panel.
Then Click Desklets > Add
Your installed desklets should be there, then configure them for your own needs.
And Learn How To Use Avedesk.
I can see the desklets on the control panel fine, just they don't appear on the desktop.
I had this problem a while ago. My desklets were set to 'Desktop Icon' and appeared in the CP but didn't show on my desktop. All I did to get them back was change Desktop Icon to Showcase, hit apply(at this point it appeared on the desktop), then changed it back to Desktop Icon. Hope this works for you!
Once upon a time when I tried stardock products, there were a few that would interfere with the desktop so that no AveDesk, no Samurize and no RainMeter etc. would show up.
In this case, just set them to be 'Always-On-Bottom'.
Still can't see them and I tried both those objects.
Would you guys like screenshots of all my settings or something?
