Even Apple agrees... the first true Virus/Worm/Trojan for OS X is out and about.
They still can't decide what type (Virus/Worm/Trojan) of bug it is, but they agree it's definately one of them.
I personaly think it should be called malware since it requires the user to do something to cause the infection.

Apple also commented on the release of the code in a statement provided to Macworld.“Leap-A is not a virus, it is malicious software that requires a user to download the application and execute the resulting file,” said Apple.
