Start up with Windows?

How do I make RK Launcher start up with Windows? The tickable box doesn't seem to be tickable?! What do I do?

put a shortcut of rklauncher.exe in the Start-All Programs-Startup folder

Start > All Programs > Right click on "Start Up" and click on explore. Copy and paste the shortcut to your RKLauncher application and tada, it should work now. See, I am the best at this Winders stuff.
