[help] How to get the shell icons backon the desktop

Hi everyone, I'ved searched for this and either im not good at searching or this topic hasn't been brought up. I want to get the shell icons back on my desktop. Like my C:/ drive icon, not a shortcut like i have now.

And I was also wondering how you can get the system info like how much space is on your hard drive to appear below the icon.

Right-click on your desktop / desktop tab / Customize / select which icons you want

As netox said, you need AveDesk Shortcut Pidl to do that

There's no native way in Windows to show the C: drive (or any other drive) icon on the desktop, except for short cuts. If the shortcut arrow is what's bothering you, download TweakUI from Microsoft and remove the shortcut arrow with that. Or just simply remove all your desktop icons and use AveDesk.
