Some type, knows the existence of a servant that I eat lycos he offers 50 space mb, free!!. That it works honestly??
A New Space In The Net
I have a router 3com 812
Yeah, if you have broadband, setting up your own server is really the way to go. Grab an old machine (like a P133 or something), stick it outside your router, and run Apache.
The Server could eat up your bandwidth, if it becomes really popular, but a server is so easy to set up, you could find out easily.
Do you have metered bandwidth? If you do, you probobly wouldn't want to do a server.
I suggest getting a distro of Linux like RedHat or Mandrake, it has a minimal learning curve, and provides a 10x better server than Windows.
If you don't want to run a server, freewebs.com seems to be pretty good. No ads, 100MB of space I believe.
Hey, all your images are dead. I guess you just didn't get around to moving them all yet, huh.
Keep on working on it, I love your site and it'll be great if you can get a solid host.
Have you talked to Jon Mega or some others with serious hostins space, you're a treasured member of the community and im sure someone can give you space.
Thank you for everything.
The problem of this place is that it is necessary to go up the files one by one.
But, with the time and a beer, we will already see.
Good, they can contemplate the state of the web.
and this it is the mensage from the servant when trying to go up another file.
==============================
Non-Premium FreeWebs Users can only have up to 50 files. To upload an unlimited number of files, please upgrade your account to Premium User status by signing up for any service from your Premium Services area.
also, go to www.dot.tk and get a free domain name. then the ppl wont see freewebs, it would just be www.elpincho.tk or something to that effect

Thank you, already the had it, although I didn't use it. (Y)
Prove it!! :own:
Just sign up for another account at freewebs.com to put some of your files, and then just leave your images on the main account (they dont allow hotlinking).
I have, 396 images in the web, besides 40 files but!!
This would be many bills, and the way of working to the one that am accustomed, it is through of ftp.
This serious a madness!!
... With the children :baby: running to my side, going up lines one for one, that said, the madness!!
I guess the only option left is to set up your own server. ![]()
Its a little bit of work, but you get everything.
That, or to wear out the money that I don't have!! ![]()

Freewebs does not support PHP, which is a biggie. Lycos UK allows hotlinking, so put your images up there, then hotlink to your freewebs, where there are no ads.
There are so many free webhosts you will find one for sure.
You could always get yourself affiliated with a university or educational institution of some sort - possibly one you attended before would agree to it - I've got all my stuff hosted on my university account at the moment, with Geocities as a backup (yes, yes, Geocities is evil, but it's working decently for me). Universities use lots of bandwidth for absolutely nothing...it's wonderful.
