Position Task bar:cannot drag

I had the Xp classic theme and installed FlyakiteOSX but the task bar is on the lower part of the monitor,i read that i should drag on the upper part but i can't do that!I click on it and try to drag but it doesn't move,it remains there even if it's unlocked.Before i installed the pack i already had YZdock and RocketDock running,maybe they cause this problem?

This has been asked before you probably could have found it with the search button.

Anyway, Just right click and unlock, drag to bottom, top, side etc...

EDIT: Oh I just read that again, I don't know why, if it is unlocked it should move.

EDIT#2: Um, I think in the installer it has a tweak to move the taskbar to the top, try to run the uninstaller and check JUST the "move the taskbar".

make the taskbar two ot three times its normal size with the rezise arrow, and then click and drag. Hope it works

Try restarting explorer.exe (use TaskManager to first end the process and then go to File-->New Task (run) and enter in explorer.exe).
