[help] FTP drops, real simple but what am I doing wrong?

Hi all, just setting up the ftp drop and on testing it's not working how I want it to, my own fault of course, I'm a bit of a **** at all of this:)(LMAO can't say n;o;o;b!! what is the world of forums coming too) It's dropping it into the straight into the ftp root not into the specified folder...

I have the settings as follows:

Also on clicking the ftp desklet it opens the users documents window, considering I'm only using images from the one folder is it possible to configure it to open that specific images folder on clicking the desklet. The reason is I plan to set up four ftp drops to correspond with the 4 image catagories on the sever and my system.

You can set the FTP-directory in the "Directory" field. Never expected that eh

No I did try that, I had placed in there bublic_html/assets/auto/ but it was a now show... still in my root.

Did you check if you're firewall is blocking it?
