Looks like 20 mins worth of work. I'll give you an hour for finding icons you like, even though all you would have to do is search this forum for pretty much everything....

Font is wrong... Arial is used nowhere on the desktop. You are unable to customize the text below drives, as you are unable to have text appear on the right, only the left. You have no running Finder application. surfDude should either read "Finder" or the rest of the menubar should match surfDude's application menus. Finally, the theme you are using does not exist on Mac yet... no one has created a matching guiKit.
