Anyone try this? Color Control Panel Applet

Works good? bad?

For some reasons it doesn't install on my system. It tries to download the .NET runtime (I have 2 instances of v.1 including the latest distribution and 1 of v.2 latest - all installed properly in side-by-side mode, working fine for all other). I'm using traffic-charging ISP, so I cannot afford downloading another 12 megs just to try. Can anybody help me?
