Aqua-Soft ForumsHey all im wondering if its possible to run objectbar, objectdock, and a finder program (instead of windows explorer), so i dont have explorer.exe running? i dont have desktop icons so i dont need that part of explorer, ob would take care of the taskbar - is there anything else i'd need for explorer's functionality? this is sortof like a shell replacement but would startup programs run (like a network manager) if explorer wasnt running?
also, would having these programs running take up more system resources than explorer?
