[release] Text Zoom Buttons for Toyo-snow's Tiger Mail 2.0

I wanted the text zoom buttons at home, like I have on my Mac at work.

So, I modded Stephen Clavering's "Zoomy" extension to go with Toyo-snow's excelent skin.
