[req] Macromedia MX '04

Does anyone have the DEFAULT PNG or [large sized] ICO formats for the Macromedia MX 2004 (w/ FreeHand)?

I thought I had found some on DA before, but I can't seem to find them now. Any links or ideas?

I would take a browse through WIncustomize.com's Object Dock section. Chances are that you will fine what you are looking for there.
