[Req] Samui iTunes 6

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 6 I've lost the use of the old Samui iTunes skin found here:

I tried to forget about it, thinking that there'd be bigger better skins coming out for iTunes 6. But, to date, I haven't found anything even close. Would someone be willing to port?
