Copying Music From iPod in iTunes

Is there a plugin which allows you to copy music and playlists from your iPod to your music folder within iTunes?

iPodRip, exists for both Windows as Macintosh.

You don't need to have an app for Windows. Just do a search for music in Explorer under your iPod drive. (Make sure "search hidden files & folders" is selected under Advanced Options.) You will get a bunch of 4-letter files. Copy them onto your desktop. Pull up iTunes, make sure "copy music files into library is selected"(Or something like that), and click "add to Library". Select your files and click OK. iTunes will copy your files into My Music/iTunes/iTunes Library and your Library and there you go. Or if you want the easy way, just do what CriplingDream said. :P

is there a plugin or script that integrates into itunes? -there is one for MacOSX, why not Windows?

most of the software offered for windows does not rebuild the library properly; it misses playlists, does not pick up album art, disposes of id3 tags, and is difficult and time consuming to use - hence why a hack would work great... when iTunes syncs music to iPod it copies EVERYTHING, why cant this be done in reverse???
