Tags When Creating New Thread

Is there any way at all of putting a Tags drop down box in the title?

Or at least on the Post page put a List of availabe tags and usage examples in a box so people can can read it when starting a new thread. I have put up a picture of what I mean here...

Hopefully this will also give the mods some break from just posting in every new thread with 'Please use Tags.' im sure the mods will agree with me on this (or maybe they just want to up their post count )

Please, this 'feature' is Very Long Overdue!!

Well I'm not sure how easy the drop down box is to implement but the Text I have added on the Left Hand Side of my posted pic shouldn't be too hard right?

Been discussed million times before.

As you can see nothing has been done yet, and it's not cause we don't want to.

I don't think it's fun tagging gazillion threads a day i have to do now >.<

I would think this is possible via Greasemonkey script... though I don't have the first clue about writing those.

It hasn't been added because I hate tags.

I really need to finish the posting sections on this skin, sucks cause safari won't let me use the wysiwyg editor.

Safari sucks...Ajax editing moves you to the top of the page, and you can't use accesskeys conveniently for inserting BBCode or posting...

It wouldn't be a bad idea in my opinion, as long as we can make it look good.
