I want my XP more like OS X

It's very nice software, but I don't know how to get rid of taskbar and take all aplications to dock; and I want all menus of all programs to appear like on all Macs. Do I have to install something more than Flyakite? Thanks

I'm not much into all these 3rd-party programs nowadays but here's my suggestion:

If you want to get rid of the taskbar and take all apps to dock, use RK Launcher, a free dock that does both rather nicely. You will find it for download in these forums under "Community Applications".

If you want menus to be like that of a Mac (as in program menus are displayed at the top finder bar), use Stardock's ObjectBar. However, ObjectBar is not free and is not perfect at successfully capturing all menus of all programs. I don't know if there's another viable alternative for it yet.
