Disable Genie effect
Right Click the dock, click settings, behaivior tab, select "scale effect" next to "Use Minimize/Maximize Effect" Use the brain God gave you. Damn.
Welcome to AS my friend. Its on the behaviour tab inside the preferences, you can either select the type of transition when minimizing or just disable it completely

It's a pretty self-explanatory question. Both pacifica333 and rotry provided answers that could easily have been found by exploring the options. Did you also try restarting RK Launcher?
