Sometimes dA gets a bit slow and their servers get put under a lot of strain at peak submitting times. It's annoying but just refresh the page a few times or try again later.
i'm having this exact problem for 2 days.
Some peolpe here in Brazil can access easely... others can`t.
does anyone know if they`re having any problems with the server?

yes, sometimes it is really slow. and i think it's not my browser or provider (6mb/s downloadstream)!
