I dont know if this is the right forum, anyway.

I am searcheing for a nice small screenshot app that can make high quality JPG files, doesnt make a huge install, and can be exited or started whenever I want (nat always running).

I am too lazy to paste into photoshop, what do you guys do for screenshots?

It can export an image into every format with every option you can think of (short of photoshop <_< ), it even has a screenshot option.

Though print screen seems to work fine.

I like MW Snap. You can take the whole screen, a certain window, drag a rectangle to make your own sized shape to snap a picture of, etc. Its pretty sweet, don't know how 'high quality' the jpg's are, but it works for me.
