[Help] System Tray Woes

I was wondering a couple things about the system tray.

1) How can I keep the Norton Internet Security suite tray icons hidden always? I set them to "Always Hide", but they keep changing themselves to "Hide when Inactive".

2) How can I change the tray icons?

1) i've got that problem with some apps at work. lemme know if you figure this out. i don't think it's fixable as it's probably something hard-coded in the app itself.

2) use resedit or reshacker or resamacallit (not a real one).

Windows won't hide tray icons when the program's window title can change, or if it has no window title at all.

I'm guessing that when Norton starts up, the window title changes to indicate program status.
