I have a strange problem (I'm not sure it's a problem or feature): in my laptop, the taskbar items corresponding to one minimized into RkLauncher disappear, while in my desktop PC, they don't. I've tried to find any setting option for "hiding minimized app from taskbar" but there isn't. (Of course, I prefer they disappear.) Did I miss something, or do I need to tweak things in registry or something?
By the way, I always appreciate this unbelievably cool app!
It's kind of the point for them to minimize to the dock instead of the taskbar, it's a feature, it's how it's supposed to work.
I mean, when I minimize a window, it minimizes into the dock well, but in some PC's, the taskbar item doesn't disappear, that is, I can still see the minimized window name in the Windows taskbar. And it disappears in my laptop, which is, I guess, the proper action. I've compared every single line of the configuration files and there were no difference at all.

Are you sure you're running the exact same version of RKLauncher on both? Different versions have handled minimization in different ways...
Mine does the same thing, haven't really worried about it though.

I double checked and both are Version 0.4 Beta build 186.
