I was just wondering if it is possible to make AveDesk behave liek dashboard.
First of all I could make everything showcase only, and use a keystroke docklet, which I posted about here: http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=31601
But can I remove the logo from showcase and have a dashboard style widget-selector/placer/thingy ??? (Teh thing at the bottom of this screenie where the dock would be normally: http://media.arstechnica.com/images/tiger/dashboard-big.jpg )

Try looking in the C:Program FilesAveDeskImages for showcasebg.png image you would have to change.

EDIT: I have replaced the Showcase logo with a blank PNG image. It works fine, I didn't even have to restart AveDesk. If anybody knows of a dashboard-like desklet selector, then it'd be much apreciated if they could share it with us. Thanks!
The only thing that's not available in AveDesk (at least not in 1.3 
)is the Dashboard dock.
Everything else is possible and sooooo easy if you just look around the properties :slant:

Wanna some customization? Put one of these fruits to AveDesk/Images/ folder, and rename it to showcasebg.png, overwriting the original file.
I guess the dashboard widgetbar is the only thing we need now, seems all we can do it wait... :slant: hopefully pcm's one will be good.
