I think that True Launch Bar (TLB) is similar but it is shareware and without buying/hacking it you will have an annoying Advertisment on your taskbar

I'm sure Kavin responded for a request for a VS in msstyle which was the one originally was requested for. if you'd like another port in a different format, post another request thread, people nowadays
