[req] Tiger Graphite Logon - .exe file

hi, I wonder, if someone has a Tiger Graphite Logon ( like in Flyakite3, but it is blue ) in .exe format, not for logonstudio or something like that ... or how do I make such one .. thanks in andvance for help
