Does anyone know of a iTunes skin that mimics the vista glass effect?

Does anyone have a list?

I have M-Plugin, & found about 7 skins, seaching forums. Totally excellent! Big fan of Bister, & Royal Inspirat SE (Blue), but would love to check out more, & any updates...

I have seen a couple of guides for making skins, but they are a little over my head. (I know nothing...)

Is there a guide "for dummies?" Or can somebody walk me through it? I'd like to learn to make a few minor mods to others excellent skins, (like just changing color of some fonts)

I hope this was right place to post, very new here..
