[Help] Skinning Motorola Razor V3

Okay so I just got a nice Motorola Razor V3 in black and found a nice Vista skin on Deviant art. Next I searched the forums for a "How to" on installing the skin and others I might like at this forum thread:

I downloaded and installed PST 6.7. Downloaded P2K Tools and P2K Commander. My problem is that every time I plug the phone via USB into my computer it sees it but can't install any software drivers to mount it or use it. PST and P2K Commander also can't see the phone. I'm working on Widows XP. Any help would be much appreciated and a new working link to a great OSX theme would be great; if it exists.
