OSX style window focus in XP

Does anyone know of an App that can achieve this? It's the ONE thing I miss about OSX when using an XP machine... specifically the way a window will slide right into view if you hover over it when dragging a file, so you can see exactly where you want to drop it.

he's talking about spring-loaded folder action. as there is no column view in windows to match finder, how would this work?

It's like you can browse while you are dragging files. When you are dragging it and hover over a folder, it will open a Finder window to that folder, hover over another folder and another Finder window will open in front of the cursor of that folder. It's like auto-navigation. When do drop the files (let go of the mouse button), it moves the files and the temporary Finder windows all close.

stardock did make an app called "spring-loaded windows" or something like that. It might be included in their ultimate pack or somthing. I think it's discontinued though. I'd sure love to have it
