no, since the functionality of truelaunch bar is to be run in the taskbar to replace the quicklaunch.
is there such a program that will alow me to do the things true launch bar does, but in the system tray area, or even create shortcut that i could place in the system tray.
What i wanna have is a clickable icon in the systray area that when clicked opens a drop down menu of some sort which would have shortcust of my choice, i know true launch bar create this on the taskbar but there must be some way of recreating the same effect in the system tray?
(what i really want is a icon sittin in the systray, the icon like the user icon in a OSX systray traym when clicked opens a small drop down menu giving the user to log off/switch user etc..)
